.  The break-resistant transparent clips (100 pieces per system) can be easily attached to any existing flat marquee letters before inserting into the marquee tracks, making it possible to positively and firmly click onto a special stainless steel wire device at the end of a telescopic arm.  Before storing the removed letters, the clips are easily removed and stored in their own container.  Clips are only used with the letters which are part of the current display at any given time, and each clip can easily be used at least thousands of times without any sign of appreciable wear.
